Electric shock
A cerebral palsy victim has been charged with drink driving in his electric wheelchair.
Robert Pruett, from north Georgia, was found on the wrong side of the road carrying a 12 pack of beer and failed a breath test.
"For his safety and the safety of others I made the arrest in that situation," said Dawson County Investigator Jimmi Smith.
