South Korea’s top court has ruled that a so-called "love shot" where a couple share a drink with intertwined arms does not always signify affection and can actually be a form of harassment.

The Supreme Court fined a man around £1,500 for forcing a restaurant waitress to drink alcohol with him in a love shot.

A court spokesman said judges ruled the man’s behaviour was tantamount to sexual harassment.
