Keys 'emergency'

A firefighter who used his engine to deliver a set of house keys to his partner has been disciplined.

Fire chiefs launched an inquiry after a fire crew was pictured apparently flirting with young women on Newcastle's quayside.

An investigation revealed the fire engine had stopped to allow one of the firefighters to drop off a set of keys to his partner, who had lost hers.
