An unemployed man who stood next to a busy motorway junction with a sandwich board over his shoulders saying he was looking for work has found a job, a company said.
Jason Fruen, a 40-year-old engineer, decided to don the advert after he lost his job in September.
Desperate for work to pay the bills, he woke up every day at 5.30am and stood next to Junction 9 of the M60 near the Trafford Park industrial estate in Manchester. He has now got a job with spare truck parts firm HGV Direct.
