Woman who argued sex Asbo breached her human rights loses appeal

A woman who claimed a sex Asbo breached her human rights lost an appeal against the order.

Caroline Cartwright, 48, claims that she is unable to stop the loud shouting and screaming she makes during lovemaking with her husband Steve.

After neighbours complained, magistrates made her subject to an anti-social behaviour order, which she claimed breached her human rights. But a judge at Newcastle Crown Court rejected her claim that she could not help making love loudly.
