SO Roberto Mancini believes he has been the best manager in the Premier League over the past 15 months.
Sorry, Roberto, but I don’t agree.
The majority of Premier League managers would have won the title last season with the resources Mancini had.
I don’t think his man-management skills are particularly good, and last season it was only the sending-off of Mario Balotelli at Arsenal that hastened the introduction of Carlos Tevez back into the team and helped City take off in the final weeks.
Roberto is a great bloke away from football, but I’m not sure he’s quite cottoned on to the fact that if you spend £200million you have got to win things!
