CHESTER CITY last night announced that they were reducing admission prices in certain sections of the Deva next season.
Seating areas have been reduced by £1, and will now cost supporters just £15, the same price as the North Terrace which sees pricing held at the same level as the season just finished.
Pensioners, juniors under-16, and full-time students will be charged £10 for admission to any area in the stadium. Joint adult and juniors under 14 years of age, can purchase individual combined match tickets for a price of £15.
The club have also announced their season ticket pricing structures and early purchase incentives if season tickets are purchased prior to May 31, supporters will receive five games free of charge and as a special incentive a free car park pass.
There are also other promotional incentives for fans who purchase after May 31 and prior to June 30, after the announcement last night City’s chief executive Bob Gray enthused: “We think we have formulated some attractive pricing packages.
“If fans buy their season tickets prior to the end of this month, then savings of up to £125 can be realised, which has to be an attractive proposition.”
Meanwhile, City manager Simon Davies will today meet the majority of his senior squad who are out of contract. Davies will then issue the club’s official retained list.
City have announced that they won’t be running a side in the Pontin’s League next season, this follows the policy that has been adopted by the likes of fellow Football League clubs Port Vale, Macclesfield Town and Crewe Alexandra.
“We will be running a young squad next season, and be playing in the FA Youth Alliance again, but for reserve team fixtures we will meet other clubs in friendly matches which we consider to be a better option.”
