Sailing: Mighty Max win

SAILING: Neil Thomas in Mighty Max pipped Richard Booth in Anothers Nods by just five seconds in the latest Liverpool Yacht Club IRC Class One Brass Monkey series race at Pwllheli.
It was the second race of the day in a strengthening wind with the first having been taken by Paddy Atkinson’s Molissa ahead of Jenevieve (Mark Blanchard).
In the Class Two races there were wins for Andy Napper in Di-Rich and Musketeer (Mike Inman).
