Squash: Inaugural Wirral Squash Cup set for launch

THE first ever Wirral Squash Cup will start next weekend and continue through weekends in March and April.

Preliminary rounds and semi-finals will be held at Neston Cricket Club and Heswall Squash Club with the finals at New Brighton Rugby Club.

There will be men’s and ladies’ opens and a full range of junior events for boys and girls ranging from U11 to U19.

The Wirral Squash Cup is sponsored by a number of local businesses including Quality Freight UK, Mason Media, Pro Lab Diagnostics, Evolution and Ram Properties.

The championships will take place at Neston on Saturday, March 15, Heswall on March 29 and New Brighton on April 5.
