Ellesmere Port racer aiming for fast route to the top

CHESHIRE motorcyclist Jenny Tinmouth is continuing her mission to become Britain’s fastest female.

Jenny really does work, rest and play at biking as she is a full time bike mechanic and rides everywhere on her VFR400.

Having been a regular on the British Superbike tour for several years, Jenny, from Ellesmere Port, has built up a big fan following, having regular appearances at the THINK! Motorcycling Academy.

“I inherited the biking bug from a young age as my mum owned an aged Russian bike,” she said. “My favourite circuit is at Oulton Park – not only is it an exciting circuit, it’s local so I get loads of support.”

Jenny ran into problems during her recent meeting at Oulton Park meaning she didn’t qualify for the main event but is looking to rectify that for the series second visit to the winding Cheshire circuit on July 20.
