Streets apart

CHESTER could never quite match in-form Broadstreet as they fell 48-19 in Midlands One.

The Coventry side ran in eight tries. Chester had to settle for tries from Jack Bromley, Tom Foden and James Whitelock-Wainwright, with Foden converting twice.

Leigh, in North Two West, were on the wrong side of an 20-8 finish against Northwich.

Wirral came back from 9-0 down to beat Ormskirk 27-9 in South Lancashire/Cheshire One.
