NEW BRIGHTON took charge in the second period to post a first North Two West success of the season.
They had to come from 14-0 down against a Blackburn side languishing at the foot of the table.
Kati Tuipulotu forced his way over and then Ian Kennedy made the running to send in Gaz Simpson. The conversion by Stephen Dean made it 14-12 at halfway.
Simpson and prop Lotu scored second-half tries as New Brighton turned the game around.
A couple of penalties followed from Dean to make the game safe.
