WIRRAL RFC enjoyed a good set of results last weekend as all their teams collected fine victories.
The first XV saw off unbeaten Bowden 12-6 in a thrilling match, with points by both Danny and Craig Harvey.
The victory puts Wirral in third in the league with a game in hand over leaders Burnage and Widnes.
Also the second and third XVs won against Fylde and Winnington Park respectively, while the Senior colts beat Chester 27-3 at home but the Junior colts lost away 22-10 to Stockport.
The under-14s started their Cheshire cup with a convincing win 56-35 when they travelled to Northwich.
