FOUR youngsters have strengthened their bid for success in the West Cheshire AC Schools’ Cross Country Race Series.
Ellen McMahon, Tess Corr, Jessica Thomas, and Toby Palin celebrated second successive victories in their respective age group races at Cheshire Oaks High School, Ellesmere Port.
Under-17 Stephen Jones competed against senior men in both of his 60m and 150m heats and claimed victories in times of 8.01 seconds and 18.36 seconds respectively at the Northern Athletics Indoor Open Meeting, held at Sheffield.
