WAVERTREE maintained their winning run in the Bromborough Paints Merseyside and Southport Alliance with a 46-run margin at Norley Hall.
Phil Heath hit 48 and Narender Negi took 4-31. Best for Norley were Craig Hatch 54, Wayne Cassidy 40 and Matt Wood 4-52.
Birkenhead St Mary’s saw off Maritime by 90 runs. Mizan Haq led the way with an unbeaten 103. Steve McGenity scored 88 and bowl-ers Martin Ford (5-45) and Fildus Vicent (4-60) shone.
Alder had 71 runs to spare against Caldy. John Gillow took 4-29 for the winners. Mohammed Sohail included a hat-trick in his 5-23 for the losers and Haroon Khan claimed 4-49.
Sutton whipped Moorfield by 131 runs. Ray Foster was the destroyer with 7-19 as the losers totalled only 68. Phil Frost struck 57 for Sutton.
Grant Hughes undefeated on 81 and Amir Baig 81 starred for Parkfield Liscard in an 88-run margin at Haydock.
Lee Price 5-17 and Rafa Afridi 52 helped Whitefield to an eight-wicket win at Huyton.
Trevor Fabien 89, Steve Holden 57 and Peter Crook 54 batted well for Prescot & Odyssey in a home draw against Southport Trinity.
