Kati Tuipulotu returns for New Brighton

NEW BRIGHTON expect to have their influential skipper Kati Tuipulotu back in their squad for Saturday’s North One West trip to Broughton Park.

Tuipulotu took time out to visit his family in Tonga but was due to return to the Wirral this week.

The Blues have progressed into the top half of the division and really must post a good run of results to have any chance of reaching a top two finish.

Promising new recruit Muhammed Mustapha is another who should be back in contention for Saturday.

The prop missed the Blackburn game due to family commitments.

Coach Steve Dorrington is confident of a successful season provided injuries do not hit hard.

The Blues have won six times and drawn once in 11 outings and are only three points adrift of second place and Broughton are just above them in the table.
