“WE are not down yet,” was Waterloo director of rugby Steve Moore’s response to those who believe his side are already ‘gone’ as far as National Two rugby is concerned for 2010-11.
He said: “We may well have lost last Saturday but this was a very encouraging performance from the whole side.
“Our challenge now is to take that forward into our remaining games and, as I know we can, avoid the drop.”
Buoyed by the news of the club’s five figure deal with JCJS Ltd, Moore was keen to point out that he is in this for “the long haul.”
Waterloo will attempt to climb the table with a trip to the Rugby Lions on Saturday.
