UNBEATEN Sale proved far too strong for West Park as they took another step towards the South Lancashire/Cheshire One League title with a runaway victory, writes Andrew Stratton.
Park were in touch for the opening half hour but two converted tries just ahead of the break and another touch down soon after the interval put Sale in control.
Park were not helped by injuries to Ryan Connolly and Lee Rosney. The score advanced to 42-0 before the floodgates opened in the last ten minutes as they home side added a further 29 points.
The score was still tough on the leaders for whom stand-in fly-half Liam Hill put in a creditable performance.
