Chris Crowder takes top honours in Liverpool Alliance visit to Hesketh

CHRIS CROWDER took top honours when the Liverpool Alliance visited Hesketh.

The Lee Park pro returned 38 points in the Burton Trophy competition and also shared first place in the pro-am section RESULTS

(at Hesketh Golf Club)

Individual pro: 1st, Chris Crowder 38pts; 2nd, Jamie Guy 37; 3rd, John Fisher, Alex Evans and Sandeep Grewall 35

Pro-am: 1st, Jason Dransfield/Chris Milner and Chris Crowder/Anthony Whelan 42; 3rd, Jamie Guy/Caroline Berry and Lee Edwards/Cliff Farrel 41

Am-Am: 1st, Graham Jolley/Steve Bond and Dave Durant/Gary Staniford 39; 3rd, Martin Major/T Barns, James Carr/T Allen and John Pye/I Howie 38
