CALDY missed out on the first of their home double header when Saturday’s game with Hull was postponed.
The fixture went the way of the entire weekend rugby programme because of the snow and ice and Caldy will now hope it clears for Saturday’s visit of Otley.
Facing Hull, who are two places below the Wirral men in the table, would have given an ideal opportunity for them to bounce back from the previous week’s loss at Luctonians.
Now, however, Caldy face the prospect of a tough encounter with an Otley side currently fourth in National Two North.
Kick-off is 2.15pm.
