CRICKET: Cheshire County Cricket Club are planning ahead to their Centenary season in 2009.
Says secretary and archivist Tony Percival: “We are planning a number of events to next year including a banquet and several special matches, including one against MCC.”
Cheshire will have two new sponsors when the 2008 season opens in April. They are AB Nutritions of Nantwich and The Right Move Abroad, the overseas property company headed by Winnington Park’s Jeremy Casey.
