PORT Sunlight enjoyed a five-wicket success at Mossley Hill in the Bromborough Paints Merseyside Competition.
Batsmen in form were Brendan Woods with 68 and Matt Howard 46.
Whitefield accounted for Goodlass by nine wickets. Mark Green was undefeated on 68 and Steve Cargill finished on 40 not out. Best for the losers were Tom Garbutt 56 and James Dodd 46.
Shaftesbury got home by 15 runs at Cheshire Lines for whom Mike Jackson claimed 5-25.
K Sathakaran took 5-24 for Maritime who beat Old Xaverians by four wickets.
The last Hale Park pair hung on for a draw at home to Bromborough.
Andy Van Beek scored 72 for Pool and Keith Hawkins finished with 4-48.
The Singlehurst v Aigburth match was also drawn. Dave Morgan took 4-26 for Singlehurst and Dave Ashe made 40.
Chester County Officers played out a draw at Barrow in Division Two of the Meller Braggins Cheshire League.
In Division Three Castrol Superseal lost but there were wins for Wirral by 14 runs at Chelford and Parkonians by 70 runs against visiting Pott Shrigley.
Nick Hitchell 79 and Will Walker 75 enjoyed a second-wicket stand of 142 for Parks and Dave Fletcher took 6-36.
