Everton have announced they will sign South Africa midfielder Steven Pienaar on a permanent basis from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of just over s2million.
The playmaker has impressed since moving from the Bundesliga on a season-long loan last summer and the Toffees have agreed a three-year deal with the player.
The exact fee to be paid to the German club is s2,050,000.
Pienaar, a product of the South African arm of Ajaxs youth academy, has played 35 games this season scoring twice so far.
