Everton look to complete three wins in as many weeks when they go to bottom side Crewe Alexandra this Saturday (11am).
The win over City was Everton’s fourth of the season, and they are now eighth in the Group C table.
Coach Dewsnip said: “Morale is good and everyone is really forward to the next game. Hopefully we can keep going forwards.
“With having some of the younger players playing well, we have now got quite healthy competition for places. That is terrific and just the way we would like it.”
