"The good thing is the next round of the Europa League isn’t until well into the New Year, and we should have a few players back by them.
"Would I like to play Liverpool? Well, maybe in the final. That would be nice."
Hibbert marked his record-equalling 19th European appearance, matching the landmark set by both Colin Harvey and Brian Labone, with an outstanding performance as a makeshift centre-back.
And Moyes said: "Tony Hibbert, again playing out of position at centre-back, did a great job.
"He has done great in Europe, he’s a ‘small’ centre- back but he’s quick and sharp and knows where to be. Tony Hibbert has been a great player for Everton. "But everyone worked really hard, from the young players to the senior players such as Steven Pienaar. For the young players, it was a great experience."
Heavy rain earlier in the day in Athens meant there were fears the game might be postponed for 24 hours.
And Moyes said: "I was a bit concerned before the game. I was looking for some groundsmen to go and fork the pitch, but there were only one or two. That was disappointing. "When it started raining again during the match I did have my concerns, but it was like back to the old days.
"I would have enjoyed it in my playing days but I don’t know how some of the players felt about the conditions out there."
