JAMES VAUGHAN admits he would already consider an extension of his loan spell at Crystal Palace from Everton.
The 22-year-old, who has been released on a temporary basis by Goodison manager David Moyes to increase his playing time, has made an impressive start to his three-month loan spell at Selhurst Park.
Vaughan netted a hat-trick on his home debut for the npower Championship side on Tuesday night in their 4-1 win over Portsmouth.
And the forward believes he has already been made to feel at home at Palace.
“I was pushing to come out and play some games,” said Vaughan. “At the moment it’s paying off and I want to push on and get some more games.
“If Palace want to keep me and Everton want to let me stay, it’s out of my hands so I’m going to see where it takes me and keep enjoying my football.
“It’s a great club, there’s great quality in the squad so I don’t see why not.”
Vaughan became the youngest goalscorer in Everton’s history when he netted from the bench in a 4-0 win against Palace in April 2005.
