AINTREE Racecourse is calling out for racegoers to reunite with old friends and enjoy an evening of racing followed by a classic ‘Old Skool’ Disco, taking you through the decades with hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s and the noughties after racing next Friday.
And the Daily Post has teamed up with Aintree to offers readers the chance to be there for free. We have three pairs of tickets on offer for first of three in Aintree’s spring racing and music series.
Aintree have invited users of its facebook page to post their old school photos and tag old friends into the picture to arrange a reunion at the famous Liverpool course for next week’s meeting.
Racegoers will enjoy an evening of seven exciting races, and will then be able to strut their stuff to the hits of ‘back in the day’, from the seventies sounds of the Jackson 5 to the eighties fun of Cyndi Lauper, and from the rock and roll Brit Pop of the 90s through to Baby, Sporty, Posh, Ginger and Scary.
As part of the nostalgia theme, racegoers are encouraged to dress in celebration of the decades gone by, whether it be big hair and flares or neon leg warmers and body suits; the racecourse will be giving out spot prizes for the best retro outfits.
Tickets for this evening are now available to purchase from just £15 general admission, with children aged 17 and under admitted free. Platinum County Lounge Tickets, an exclusive over-21s area, which includes access to the exclusive Platinum County Lounge with County Grandstand seats, a complimentary racecard and vouchers for discounted house champagne are also now available to purchase at a special advance price of £25. Fine Dining in the Princess Royal Restaurant is also available to purchase from £55. All tickets and hospitality can be booked online at aintree.co.uk. Aintree’s facebook page can be found at www.facebook.com/aintree

Then send your answer, along with your name, address and contact number via e-mail to sport@dailypost.co.uk. The closing date of 12pm on Tuesday, May 4.
