Your chance to win tickets to Aintree’s Racecourse’s Betfred Old Roan Chase Day and Matalan Freaky Family Funday

AINTREE Racecourse is gearing up for its first autumn meeting of the National Hunt season later this month.

And the Liverpool Daily Post has teamed up with Aintree to offer readers the chance to be there on either Saturday, October 22 or Sunday, October 23.

We have three pairs of tickets for each day on offer in a great competition.

The first afternoon of two days of superb racing action sees the Betfred Old Roan Chase, won last year for a third time by Nicky Richards Monet’s Garden.

Then on the Sunday is Aintree’s popular Matalan Family Funday – a day of racing and free themed Halloween entertainment.

Children can get up close to a pony and take a pony ride or groom one of our miniature Groovy Hooves ponies in our purpose-built equestrian centre.

There is also other family entertainment including Halloween crafts and colouring, face painting, Halloween shows plus a fancy dress contest and spooky funfair rides. There are also free Halloween goody bags for the kids from spooky roaming entertainers who will hand them out.
