Lavezzi agent claims £22m Liverpool bid
LIVERPOOL are reported to have put in a bid for Ezequiel Lavezzi - the Napoli striker - according to the player's agent Alejandro Mazzoni.
Mazzoni has apparently insisted that the Reds have approached him with a €22 million offer to take the 24-year-old to Anfield.
However, Napoli are said to be suspicious of Mazzoni’s claims and have demanded an official document proving Liverpool’s offer, before deciding whether to open talks with the Reds.
