Jesus transfer clinched
Liverpool have reportedly seen off late interest from Barcelona to sign Spanish teenage sensation Jesus Fernandez, 16.
Fernandez, nicknamed Suso, is said to be flying in to sign shortly and his family will be joining him as he makes his way through the Anfield youth ranks. The Cadiz youngster is a midfielder in the Cesc Fabregas mould.
Keirrison deal to fail?
Liverpool are said to have missed out on the signature of young Brazilian forward Keirrison de Souza Carneiro or just plain Keirrison for short.
Barcelona have swooped with an £11m deal for the striker, who was first linked with Liverpool in January. Reports suggest he may be immediately loaned out as a makeweight in the proposed deal for David Villa.
