Waterlogged pitch causes Northwich Victoria postponement

A WATERLOGGED pitch caused the postponement of Northwich Victoria’s re-arranged fourth round Setanta Shield tie at Barrow last night.
A third attempt to stage the game will be made at Holker Street next Tuesday.
The winners will be away against York City in the northern area semi-finals on Tuesday, February 5.
Meanwhile, Vics midfielder Simon Rusk has moved on a free transfer to York City instead of Weymouth.
