BURSCOUGH are delighted after scooping a pre-season date with Manchester United’s reserve side.
Sir Alex Ferguson has agreed to send a strong United reserve side to Victoria Park on Saturday July 12.
The confirmation of the United fixture means the game against Prescot Cables scheduled for July 12, has been put back a week, and will now be played on Saturday July 19 at Victoria Park. Further details for the arrangements of the Manchester United fixture willbe announced shortly.
