CAMMELL Laird goalkeeper Ritchie Whiteside grabbed a dramatic stoppage-time equaliser to drag the Birkenhead side off the foot of the UniBond League Premier Division table.

Whiteside joined his team-mates in the Frickley Athletic area to force the ball home from a free-kick and earn his side a 1-1 draw in west Yorkshire after Jonathan Groome looked to have earned the home side victory with an 89th-minute goal.
