IN the LBH Junior Cup Jacky Mundos had an easy passage to the next round in beating W Carroll Roofing 9-0 but HJC Stadium had to go to extra-time before beating The Pear Tree 4-3.

JOB and Thirly had a great tussle before a Ross Mc Dowell effort sealed the win for JOB and Obiter had Lee Treble getting both goals against Home & Bargain 2-0 with Joe O’Grady outstanding.

The game of the day has to be St Sebastian’s and Fazakerley. Ste Jones (2), Will Jones, John Halpin and Ross Kennedy were on target for Fazakerley but it was still not enough to win the game as Seb’s had double strikes from Neil Jones, Joe Gibbons and Mark Shields, ably assisted by Jason Battle and James Spence-Evans to make it unlucky 13 for Fazakerley and take an 8-5 win for Seb’s. Blue Anchor and Mossley Hill drew 2-2 as Shawn Sanderson and Gareth Woodhall netted.
