Troy Bayliss secured his third World Superbike Championship title as Noriyuki Haga took victory in race one at Magny Cours in France.
Australian Bayliss beat Japanese Haga off the line but failed to keep pace as the race went on, eventually finishing third behind Spaniard Fonsi Nieto.
Bayliss and Haga then enjoyed a great battle throughout race two with the new world champion coming out on top thanks to a move with two laps to go.
