St Helens form partnership with Swinton Lions

ST HELENS have formed a partnership with National League Two neighbours Swinton Lions.

The partnership will see the two clubs share best practice off the field and is likely to involve some player exchange at under-21 level.

Saints chief executive Tony Colquitt said: “We believe it will be a mutually beneficial partnership that will assist the development of the game within our relevant markets.”

Swinton chairman John Kidd said: “The scheme is innovative and will evolve rapidly in the new year through several initiatives that are currently in the pipeline.”
