A CONVERTED penalty try deep in the final quarter won the day for Wirral in South Lancashire/Cheshire One.
Anselmians put up a determined showing and were rewarded with tries from Paul Brett and Scott Tunna, plus a Brett penalty. Ali Baker and Craig Harvey went in for Wirral and Harvey landed two kicks.
