New Brighton fall to Vale of Lune

LITTLE went right for New Brighton as they fell 22-19 to Vale of Lune in North One West League

Brighton had only a 16-strong squad and later found themselves down to just 14 as injuries struck.

But they stuck to their task well and almost sneaked victory in a late flourish.

Brighton have Altrincham Kersal as visitors this Saturday and victory is imperative it they are to make a move into the top half of the table.
