Games moved to Friday – and Thursday

FRIDAY night football will be less of a feature in Tranmere's 2007-08 League One campaign than it was last season.
Rovers are moving five home fixtures out of their original Saturday afternoon slots this season, four of them to Friday nights and one, unusually, to a Thursday evening.
The Friday night games are: September 14 v Luton Town, October 26 v Huddersfield Town, January 11 v Bristol Rovers, March 28 v Swansea City. Rovers will play host to Port Vale on Thursday, March 20.
The fixtures were rearranged after consultation with Merseyside Police and the clubs involved.
Last season Tranmere played seven home fixtures on Friday nights.
