Special deal for visit by the Shrimpers

TRANMERE ROVERS are reducing admission prices and bringing the kick-off time forward for their Johnstone’s Paints Trophy first-round tie against Morecambe at Prenton Park on Tuesday, September 4 (kick-off 7pm).

Adults will pay £7 with all concessions (seniors, young persons and juniors) paying £3.

Only the Main Stand, Paddock and the first 10 rows of the lower Kop will be open to home supporters. Visiting supporters will be housed in the Johnny King Stand.

Tranmere chief executive Mick Horton said: “We hope the early kick-off will enable more families to come to the game.”

The tie will be decided on the night, with a penalty shoot-out following extra-time if required.
