Achterberg hosts keeper courses

TRANMERE are running a variety of courses for budding shot stoppers across Liverpool, Wirral and North Wales with coaching from goalkeeping coach John Achterberg.
They run every Wednesday at Litherland Sports Centre, Liverpool from 5.30-6.30pm for six-18-year-olds, every Tuesday at Levers Fields, Bromborough from 5.30-6.30pm for six-18-year-olds and every Wednesday at Flint Town FC from 5.30-6.30pm for six-18-year olds. Achterberg says a course for older keepers is available after 6.30pm on the Tuesday sessions at Levers.
