MANAGER Ronnie Moore is likely to resist the temptation to shuffle the Tranmere pack for the League One encounter at Bristol Rovers today.
Striker Calvin Zola is fit again after overcoming the groin injury that kept him out of the 2-0 win over Millwall last Saturday.
But Ian Moore and the recalled Chris Greenacre made such a positive impression as a strike-force against the Lions that the manager may be reluctant to break up the partnership.
Jennison Myrie-Williams, the Bristol City winger on loan to Tranmere for the remainder of the season, expects some stick from the Pirates fans, and he insists: “It won’t phase me.
“The best way to deal with it is to do well, score a goal or two or make a goal or two.”
The youngster welcomes the chance to make amends for the performance that most in the Tranmere camp regard as the worst of the season – a 2-0 home defeat to Bristol Rovers last month.
Myrie-Williams said: “Bristol out-played us at Prenton. We were not up for that game and I don’t know why, because we should have been. The re-match has come around quickly and we are on a good run now. All the boys are on a high. If we carry on this streak will be going places.”
