Debbie Johnson meets an art enthusiast in her home

The bedroom is again neutral in colour theme, but with dark blue blinds and soft furnishings to brighten it up – as well as a huge wardrobe.

Lucy says: "It is a beautiful flat but also quite small, so I have the world’s biggest wardrobe to shove all my stuff in!"

The bathroom again has dark wood floors, complemented by white walls, and some contemporary touches like a chrome ladder radiator.

To the rear are well-tended communal gardens that back on to Princes Park itself. Lucy says: "They are gorgeous gardens with benches in them – it is really relaxing to be able to sit out there in the peace and quiet."
