Captain America
Captain America: The First Avenger is scheduled for release in the summer of 2011.
The live action film is being directed by Joe Johnston and production began on the project back in June 2010.
Produced by Marvel Studios, filming is taking place in various locations, including Liverpool's Stanley Dock.
The production arrived for shooting in Liverpool in September 2010 and city scenes will be shot replicating the 1940s.
Captain America: The First Avenger is set to star Chris Evans as Captain America, while Hugo Weaving will co-star as the captain's nemesis, the Red Skull.
