Sex And The City star, Kim Cattrall, was born in born in Mossley Hill, Liverpool, England on the 21 August 1956. She recently returned to Liverpool to play Cleopatra in a production of Anthony and Cleopatra, directed by Janet Suzman, opposite Jeffery Kissoon as Anthony, in Liverpool at the Playhouse in October 2010. In 2010, Cattrall was named an Honorary Fellow of Liverpool John Moores University in recognition of her contributions to to the dramatic arts.
