It is high time the rip-off at pumps ended
I AM delighted to see that MPs are now starting to take seriously the issue of tax on fuel (“Mersey MP demands ‘fairer’ policy on fuel duty pricing”, Daily Post, November 15).
For too long, the drivers of this country have been used as cash cows by this and previous governments.
Good on Steve Rotheram for speaking up on the matter – he must be one of the hardest working Mersey MPs out there.
It is high time the rip-off at the pumps, left, came to an end. How are we supposed to buy anything else if all our money is going on petrol?
